New Valley Management Group was founded by Robert Brennan, a seasoned Las Vegas real estate professional who saw the need for a different kind of property management company—one that would treat each property as carefully as if it were their own.
After spending many years building and growing a successful brokerage, Robert acquired his own investment portfolio and discovered firsthand the challenges that come with managing rental properties. This experience gave him a unique perspective that has shaped our company's approach from day one: we understand property ownership from the inside out.
